GS-INC Terms & Conditions
Customer and GS-INC Express agree that:

1. The nature of GS-INC’s business is such that it cannot guarantee or be
financially responsible for the consequences of loss of goods or failure to
deliver by a stipulated date or time. In no event (including but not limited to
fundamental breach of contract, breach of fundamental term of contract and the
negligence or gross negligence of GS-INC, its employees or agents, and whether
arising from misdelivery, failure to deliver or delay in delivery) shall GS-INC 
be liable whether at the suit of the party or parties contracting earnings or
profits. GS-INC’s liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury to a shipment
shall not exceed $50.00.


2. GS-INC Express will not accept any liability for loss, theft, delay or
damage unless written notice is received by it within 30 days of contract date.



3. GS-INC does not accept tenders.


4. No employee, agent or representative of GS-INC is authorized to add to or
to modify any provision of this agreement.


Pricing Key


BASIC - determined by distance & delivered in succession.


RUSH - assured 2 hour delivery (determined by distance and time)


DIRECT - assured 1 hour delivery


ROUND TRIP - determined by distance


WAITING TIME - first 10 minutes free, after that $1.50 for every additional 5
minutes
DROP CHARGE - parcels going to the same building, different floors, we charge
the basic rate for the first parcel & $1.50 for each additional parcel.
EXTRA STOP - additional charge if the information provided is incorrect
causing longer delivery time
OVERWEIGHT - package over 10 pounds charged 50 cents for each additional
pound (Up to 15 lbs. maximum)
OVER NIGHT - no extra charge
BULKY AND AWKWARD
- Excessively bulky or awkward packages may be subject to "DIRECT" delivery
rate.
